I’ve been a practicing massage professional for over 20 years primarily in the therapeutic setting, utilizing traditional deep tissue, trigger point and sports therapy techniques, assisting clients in reducing pain and improving function.  As this practice no longer inspires. I am expanding my practice to include light touch work such as Reiki and CranioSacral therapy, a technique developed by Dr. John Upledger, DO, OMM. This light touch therapy works with the body’s craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system. This helps to alleviate the aches, pains and strains of life, improving coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress. I have been so impressed with CST ability to pinpoint and address problem sources I am including equine and K-9 in my CST practice.  While I am expanding my practice to the Greenville Texas area on an outcall basis, I continue to be part of the amazing team at Rockwall Medical Massage where we specialize in traditional muscle work, CranioSacral therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, cupping & Orthopedic muscle work o name a few.
