I have a profound love for the human body and my greatest joy comes from making other people feel good about themselves, and because of this I have had a career as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. I am very compassionate and I am continually wanting to learn more so I can be the best therapist for my clients. I am also very passionate about my role as a fitness trainer, coach, and consultant. As a former NPC competitor and bodybuilder I have developed the skills needed to keep me on track both physically and mentally, and this has in turn brought me personal success and the ability to help guide others to their own goals.
