I'm a Bowling Green native, with nearly 2 decades of experience in massage therapy.  From the time I was young, I've always had internal motivation and curiosity to look for the more natural, God-given ways to care for our bodies  Whether it be through herbs, nutrition, essential oils, meditation, crystals, massage or even digging your toes down into the dirt, ANY way we tap into the goodness given to us through Creation, I'm here for it!
