I am a holistically minded licensed therapeutic massage therapist. That's a mouthful, but I enjoy having my hands full! I believe that wellness starts with our nervous systems as they are the messengers that catalyze and sustain our survival and vitality.  Massage is one of the best ways to mechanically manipulate these nervous systems. Whether it be a resetting of neural presuppositions or a simple trigger point release, I derive much fulfillment in helping you find the relief you need.  I feel fortunate to be surrounded by skilled therapists whom I like to think of as "clinical artists". I enjoy being a useful component of a diverse network of therapists who utilize various modalities of body work to facilitate healing.  I approach each session with an open mind and grounded energy.
