I like to think I'm an easy going guy, a bit awkward and quirky. I was taught early in my career that you can't force a muscle to relax but you can coax it. My technique tends to be a combination of relaxation and Trigger Point when doing deep tissue with a smattering of Thai Yoga Massage(stretching) thrown in.  Graduated from Mind Body Institute in Nashville back in 2013 and lived in various parts of the country since then.
