I love what I do.  For the majority of my adult life I have been a registered nurse and for the past 6 years I have been deeply involved in educating nursuing students as well as being a licensed massage therapist.  I truly love my role as a massage therapist because I posssess a strong desire to not only help others take care of themselves but to also teach them techniques to assist their self-care needs.  Having a warm, quiet and welcoming space for others to become rejuvenated fulfills my passion for providing holistic massage services to others. To keep myself balanced you will find me outside, soaking up the sun and fresh air while playing in the dirt in my never-ending quest to create a beautiful flower garden for birds, bees and other creatures to enjoy. You may also find me hanging out on the couch with my husband enjoying a glass of wine and listening to music of all genres while watching our four furry familiars race about the house. I enjoy a good deep belly laugh which brings tears to my eyes, being with loved ones and going on adventures of all types. Our time on this planet is short lived. Enjoy it while you can.
