Brittiny Whalen graduated from the McKay Massage and Hydrotherapy program with honors in 2019. Upon completion of the program she also recieved awards in clinical proficiency, professionalism and the spirit award; chosen by her classmates for showing positive, motivating and energizing spirit during her time of study. Shortly after graduation, Brittiny started exploring further education in energy work. Brittiny is certified as a second level Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner and in 2022 became certified in myofascial cupping. Brittiny has been a Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) member since 2019. Over the years of training and treating Brittiny has built a strong foundation of swedish massage accompanied with myofascial release, active release and muscle energy techniques. Client assessment allows Brittiny to personalize each treatment to be best suited to her client’s goals and concerns. Brittiny offers deep tissue work as well as relaxation sessions as she understands that each body requires an individualized care plan. Her caring presence and focus assists in facilitating deep healing work and a relaxing atmosphere. Brittiny's other passions include listening and creating music and tinkering with electronic repairs, both of which have helped create a unique treatment style and ambience demonstrated in every session.
