When I was in fourth grade, I was diagnosed with patellar maltracking—a condition where my knee was misaligned and would frequently pop out of place. This caused accidental falls, a limited range of motion, and significant pain while walking. Faced with two options—physical therapy or surgery—my parents and I chose physical therapy. After months of treatment, I was able to walk pain-free! I was amazed by the body’s ability to heal and repair itself. That experience sparked a deep desire to help others, just as my therapist helped me. Years later, I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lander University and studied Clinical Massage Therapy at Midlands Technical College. I am passionate about how massage improves one's quality of life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is an honor to be a vessel of healing. My goal and prayer are for every client I work with to leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
