Since before I can remember, I was receiving massages from my parents as an infant, and the value of therapeutic touch has remained close to my heart ever since.    I began formally practicing after attaining my Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in 2015, and my style has organically developed since with a forte in therapeutic deep tissue work. I strive to meet each client where they are on their individual wellness journey, and use approachable language to foster greater insight and harmonization with mind, body, and spirit.
