In 1993,  I graduated from Physical Therapy Technician School.  I was blessed to be working in a very busy out patient clinic located in McMurray, Pa with the most amazing and talented Physical Therapists, whom practiced hands on therapy.  In 1995 I decided to attend Massage Therapy school.      After graduating from The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 1996, I established Stress Escape in 1998. I have attended numerous hours of continuing education and challenge myself to keep learning diverse techniques.  I am Licensed in Pennsylvania.  My specialties include working with chronic pain and headaches.  I enjoy myofascial work, trigger point therapy and cupping.        Woman owned and operated with integrity and quality.  Educated, professional, and dedicated to creating calm and serene, a restful and tranquil experience.     Proud Mother of Daughters, Dog Mom and Certified Equine Bodywork and Sports  Massage Therapist.       Some hobbies I enjoy are hiking, kayaking and traveling.
