Successfully completed a 720 hour program at the National Massage Therapy Institute in the sciences, theory, practice, and application of therapeutic massage with a concentration in Sports Massage and Muscle Performance Therapies. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2006, I have completed courses in many modalities such as Therapeutic Acro Yoga, Thai Massage, YoMassage, Cupping, Shiatsu, IASTM, RockTape, ACE Personal Training, USAW, Crossfit Level 1, Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement Specialist, Unconventional Training, Kettlebell Athletics, Integrative Nutrition, Herbalism, Reiki, 200hr Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra - to name a few and to be continued. Being a massage therapist merges well with my avid promotion of well-being and healing along with my passion for learning and sharing as much as possible in health and wellness. Over the years, I have developed a keen understanding of my physical limits and would like to help others develop their own body awareness, allowing them to go beyond what they currently are capable of. In my massage practice, I like to incorporate sports massage, stretching, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, myo-fascial release, guasha, cupping, reiki, lymphatic drainage and more, as needed by each individual client. In my free time, I love lifting, boxing, practicing jiu jitsu, wrestling, hiking with my lazy and lovable dog, biking, exploring all types of yoga, and reading.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
