Becoming the change I've always needed. My style is based on what I've experienced in life, that not all situations can be handled the same way. Our bodies are a reflection of the world we live in and how we uniquely respond to things physically, and mentally. I chose to make my career in massage because I recognized its potential to heal as a whole if the right care and effort is put into understanding our individual needs. Why me? I understand how you feel, and I've tried hard, trust me. My injuries. Born with inguinal hernia, C Diff. Grew up with allergies including a lactose allergy. Run over by a car at 15, broke right tibia in half, damaged right foot big toe tendon. Late stage 3 Hernia at 21, rectal fissure at 22, started getting psoriasis and eczema at 23 and a more sensitive gluten allergy. I've worked at; Kitchen Kettle, American Eagle, Family Cupboard, Waters Edge mini golf, Miller's Smorgasboard, Fulton Bank, Penske, UPS, Wegmans, Vermeer, Whole Foods, and Costco I've been a: Dishwasher, sales attendant, food prep, busser, retail clothing sales, host, server, bartender, floating teller, customer service, warehouse worker, supervisor, beer and wine attendant, outside sales rep, janitor, baker, cook. And, I didn't have it easy, jobs and people don't accept "I can't" or "my body can't" when your a guy who looks in shape. The hardest part of it all? The fear of not being comfortable in your own body, wanting to relax but being in constant pain, and not even knowing why or what the first step would be to even start to feel "normal" again. That's why I chose massage, to provide answers and give people the healing that they deserve.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
