Over 10 years ago I was working out 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. I began to receive massage therapy on a regular basis to help relieve my sore muscles, improve my flexibility and performance. My work outs the following day were greatly improved. What I did not realized at the time, was that I was being introduced to my life's calling; the healing touch of massage therapy. Massage therapy offered me a way to take care of my body, mind, and spirit; for when you work the body, the mind and spirit are affected as well. I was so moved by my personal transformation during the course of regular massage maintenance, I wanted to offer that experience to others. So I began my training, took a leap of faith and left my steady job to open my own practice and I've never looked back. It is an honor and blessing to work with such amazing clients, to witness their transformation of pain to relief, from poor posture to a balance of structure, and the removal of stress to a sense of well-being.
