30 minutes allows the therapist time to address a trouble spot you are trying resolve. Typically the back, neck and shoulders are covered, but if you are having glute, leg and/or foot issues we can work on those instead.
A 60 Minute session tailored to you, combining various techniques ranging from relaxation to deep structural work with a focus on relaxing tension in your muscles. It also promotes increased blood flow, joint flexibility and better immunity.
90 Minute session tailored to you can be many things: a blissful relaxation session; a focus on a project area; or a therapeutic focus area with a full body massage.
