Hello, my name is Josie, HHC, LMT #28213    I’m a  Soft Tissue Therapist and  Holistic Medicine Coach that just relocated to the area from Northwest Arkansas. While in Arkansas I attended Blackbrook School of Massage and Institute for Integrative Nutrition – these schools set the basic foundation for my practice. Today I focus all of my work on chronic pain treatment & prevention. This is a hands-on treatment approach that focuses on relieving tension, and restoring range of motion to improve overall function in the muscles, tendons, and fascia. This therapy aims to address the underlying causes of your chronic pain therefore we will analyze gait & posture prior to starting treatment. Soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release, stretching, cupping and scraping are all utilized.
