I really appreciate a client who is ready to take responsibility for their health and incorporate healthy practice in their daily lives." "When I am not giving massage or taking care of my 2 children and dog, I can be found rock climbing, hiking, swimming, reading, gardening, fermenting or obsessing about the latest natural minimalist footwear." "I look forward to helping my new clients begin a conversation with their bodies that will lead to better function and vitality in their lives. My healing and wellness philosophy embraces an Holistic approach which includes bodywork, wholesome diet, exercise, good footwear choices and postural maintenance. I am grateful for the opportunity to help clients on their journey to inhabiting a healthier, vibrant and more functional body. My bodywork sessions incorporate deep tissue/trigger point therapy, relaxation and sometimes hot stones, cupping or aromatherapy to enhance the session." -Melissa Abraham
