Olivia Berryessa LMT, Owner My goal is to give each client an enriched experience that they feel is valuable to their journey.  In my early years as a competitive athlete and coach I struggled with body and muscle pain. Into later years at a desk job, as a student and a mother, I found this pain continued until I discovered how beneficial massage could be - When done right! I aim to meet each person where they are at, in all stages of life because I believe each person is incredibly unique and every milestone is an opportunity to deepen the understanding of our bodies needs. This is why I plan to instill curiosity into each session to achieve progress each time.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a background in sports science and I graduated from Ashland Institute of Massage. I come from a history of many athletics and coached a variety of sports including gymnastics, swimming, & soccer for over a decade. I am also a momma to three boys and I am always looking for different fun and creative ways to bring more calm into the chaos. In my free time I like adventuring with my boys, tackling home projects with my husband and lots of family time. I provide a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each person; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacsial Release (MFR), Pregnancy, Cupping, Geriatric, and Sports. I have always been a lover of learning and the field of massage is ever growing! I believe everyone should have access to massage and bodywork and understand that finances can restrict that opportunity so I am in the learning process of billing some insurances, PIP (Personal Insurance Protection) and MVC (Motor Vehicle Collisions).
