Hi! I'm Stephanie Campbell, LMT. My love for healing arts started as a teenager while constantly suffering from muscle injuries during sports. I began practicing yoga regularly at first to increase flexibility, but I found that yoga helped with the stress in life too. I explored numerous paths to reduce stress, tension, soreness, and anxiety. After years of self-practice, I decided to help others to do the same. I earned my license as a massage therapist and became a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. I am always trying to find new ways to connect the community with resources that can help them with their health and fitness. I am blessed with a beautiful, supportive family that I enjoy spending time with when I can. I am an endurance runner and have run several marathons and ultra-marathons. I also love baking, cooking, reading, and listening to music. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, self-love, and free of judgment. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 1996, and have taught yoga to students of all ages, from preschool children to seniors. I am trained in several massage and healing modalities including trigger-point therapy, hot stone massage, Reiki, reflexology, aromatherapy, cupping, sports massage, massage for cancer, prenatal massage, Thai-yoga massage, and newborn massage. From recovery to maintenance to performance support along your journey, you're in good hands in my practice.
