Adam Griffith LMT is a passionate practitioner of therapeutic massage.  He graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage with a 4.0 GPA in January 2023.  He has since taken continuing education to enhance his knowledge and skills, adding Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Ashiatsu.  He has plans to learn additional techniques and to focus on the healing power of touch as it relates to mental health. Adam has a keen sense of palpation and is able to listen to what the muscles are "saying."  Clients have often remarked that they were unaware of how their muscles were feeling until Adam worked on them.  His goal is to promote relaxation while facilitating therapy for "unhappy" muscles. Adam currently resides in rural Ohio where he is devoted to his wife.  They live together with their four dogs.
