18 years in and I am as passionate and inspired about this work as the moment I received my license! I am continually fascinated by the miracle of the human body and the ability of massage to support healing and well being in all dimensions of being: physical, emotional, and energetic.  In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am a Certified Reflexologist, a Reiki Master/Teacher and a Certified Life Coach and I  teach Massage Therapy at the area's only training school.  I have completed countless hours of formal and self-directed training focused on Clinical Massage, learning to support healing and recovery from acute and chronic pain and discomfort from injuries and accidents, repetitive stress, postural distortions and trauma. My career has been blessed with collaboration and mentorship with amazing and talented Massage Therapists, Energy and Movement Practitioners, Chiropractors and physicians from the fields of Osteopathy, Chines Medicine, Homeopathy and Palliative care. Their influence has inspired and informed my holistic approach to practice. I believe to truly be effective it is necessary to empower clients beyond their time on my table. I teach and encourage mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and attention to ergonomics at home and work, These are real skills and strategies that clients can use to support their own recovery and to create new habits and mindset to increase their comfort and quality of life day to day.
