The practice of Massage Therapy is my joy! 18 years in and I am still fascinated by the miracle of the human body and awed at the ability of massage to support healing and reduce discomfort so that my clients both feel and function better in their lives. I consider my skills a gift and this work an act of service, to my clients, their loved ones and to the community.

 I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007 and am also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Reflexologist, Certified Life Coach and am currently a Massage Therapy Instructor.  In addition to completing countless hours of formal and self-directed continuing education, I have spent the majority of my career practicing alongside and being mentored by physicians from the disciplines of Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Chinese Medicine, Palliative Care, and Homeopathy. Their influence continually informs and elevates my practice.
