Hello, Welcome to Scheiding Sports & Rehabilitative Massage LLC. We are a team of massage therapists and athletic trainers that focus on utilizing many techniques to help with muscular imbalances as well as movement pattern/gait disorders. We make sure to thoroughly assess our clients looking at gait, posture, range of motion, muscle testing and utilizing palpation. We take into consideration not just your job but other factors that can contribute to tension and pain. We analyze the results to create a specific treatment plan for you to maximize recovery in minimal time.
