I studied at the Cleveland Institute of Massage Therapy and have been a licensed medical massage therapist in the state of Ohio for two years. I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. My passion is helping clients achieve optimal physical and emotional wellness by providing a comprehensive assessment specifically for their concerns and using safe and effective hands-on techniques to aid in rehabilitation stemming from minor or chronic injuries. I  continue to study new modalities and techniques to strengthen my knowledge base to allow a unique experience for each client. When I am not providing massages I love to volunteer in the children's programs at church and spend time traveling with family and friends.
