Hello!  My name is Alex and I am a licensed massage therapist here in Elma, New York. I am deeply passionate about my work as a massage therapist. Since graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in 2019, being able to help people find a sense of peace and feel at ease through relieving physical tension and pain held within the body, gives my life great meaning. Persistent physical discomfort in the body, over time, will not only make us feel physically drained, but also can lead to feelings of depression and isolation depending on the severity of your pain. It is my life’s mission to help us all become more aware of the connection between mind, body and soul, and hold a sacred space of tranquility for people to tune into themselves and become more aware of why you may physically and even emotionally feel a certain way. I offer a variety of services for you to choose from so you can customize your experience here at Soul Spa. My goal is for all clients to leave feeling rejuvenated and more confident in their own bodies through the massage session and also through education on the maintenance between massage sessions to build a lifestyle that supports your wellbeing.
