I was professionally trained Fourteen years ago at Milan Institute in Sparks, NV. Since then I  have studied many different modalities with the goal of relieving pain and tension in the body. For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping others through touch. When I was sixteen I bought a table, read books and watched youtube videos to teach myself enough techniques that I could help my father get out of pain. As this began to work, I became more and more passionate about this work. Today my passion for helping others has only grown stronger. I am trained in myofascial release, hot stone therapy, prenatal therapy, deep tissue, and orthopedic massage. I am currently taking classes to gain a Physician's Assistant license and plan to work in pain management.
