I am more than a Massage Therapist and Healing Practitioner, I am a safe place for you to be seen & vulnerable for an hour or two at a time. It is my goal to show you how your mind, body and soul are interconnected and how they all affect each other. Allowing yourself the space to feel, relax and care for yourself without the worry of judgement is a major stress relief in itself. I specialize in reiki energy healing and stored emotional trauma release - fix the inside first and the outside follows.
