My ultimate goal is to teach people how to become massage therapists and to retrain Licensed Massage Therapists on better body mechanics and self care.  My bodywork  techniques include Swedish, prenatal, sports, hot stone, basic  reflexology, deep tissue, and trigger point massage; cupping and aroma therapy, CBD oils. I welcome the opportunity to assist others on their paths to total body wellness and am working towards taking the national accredited test also known as the MBLEX to become licensed in over 20+ states nationwide.
