Rochelle "Raeka" George is native to the Rochester, N.H. area. As the eldest of five, she grew up on a tree farm in Milton Mills, N.H. and is a graduate of Nute High School. She spent a vast amount of her youth reading, caring for animals and exploring nature trails.  She is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves and has practiced in the nursing profession for over 30 years. She has a great appreciation for learning and sharing what she knows with others. This sharing would include aspects of her experiences in alternative health and wellness modalities such as craniosacral therapy or reiki and includes creating wellness experiences while leading others on mindfulness walks or hikes. Most recently, Raeka decided to utilize her years of nurse coaching experience to help nurses overcome burnout. She is very passionate about helping others live a healthy and enriching life on their own terms.
