Having earned a bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology, in 1987, and later serving with the Special Forces, and through other pursuits, I became accustomed to hard physical training and performance requirements. I also learned along the way the value of massage for recovery and healing of injuries. This led me to obtain a 750 hour massage diploma in 2011. I opened my massage business in 2018 and officially adopted the name Avalon Muscle Therapy in 2019. At Avalon Muscle Therapy, we seek to provide the best massages we can, at an affordable price.
