Deborah Blais, LMT is founder and owner of Sage Wellness and Massage in Concord & Pittsfield, NH. Deb is a licensed massage therapist graduating in 2002 from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health School of Massage Therapy in Manchester, NH. With over 1,000 scholastic hours and counting, Deborah has studied Trigger Point Therapy, Low Back Pain, Neck Pain and Headaches, Ethics, Fibromyalgia, Hot Stone massage, Essential Oil technique and several more over the past 19 years.  Professional and respectful, Deborah is committed to her clients well being and educates them on self care techniques including stretching, self massage, correct posture and ice and heat applications. Currently, Deborah is studying to become a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner through an intense program at Concord Hospital.
