Welcome to my practice!  Scandinavian Heritage Massage is all about celebrating the many benefits of classic Swedish massage as well as sharing the spirit of the Nordic culture in our local community. I specialize in therapeutic Swedish massage, bringing the best of my skill and experience to the table.  I graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha in 2014 and practiced in different states and locations before our family moved back to Nebraska in 2024.  A fun fact about me: I grew up loving to draw, make sculptures, dance, and sing.  I feel that I create something new with every massage session. My life's calling is to promote natural ways of healing and bring people joy through the power of  massage. I believe therapeutic and caring touch is essential for personal well-being.  In my free time I love to spend time outdoors when the weather is nice or read when it's best to stay inside. I love weightlifting and jogging. My husband and I have three children.  I look forward to seeing you soon!
