I became interested in massage when I realized I could help many people live life to their fullest by sharing my passion of massage with them. I LOVE being able to make a significant difference in a person's ability to feel human, in a relatively short time on my table. When a client exclaims to their friends that they can now lift their leg, tie their shoe, or walk without pain, I am fulfilled! I graduated from the Bio-Chi Institute of Massage Therapy, located in Sioux City, IA in July 2015. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Point Work, Musculo Tendonal Re-education (MTR), natural therapeutics and hydrotherapy. My favorite work is MTR because I see such dramatic results from it. I am available to massage at Country Cuts and Tanning in Hubbard, NE. What can you expect when you come see me? - Parking is available on the street as well as the parking lot. - You may enter through the front door, or the sliding glass door located in the sitting area, to get to the massage room. - I will greet you, show you to the room and leave you to undress to your comfort level. It is my preference not to compete with clothing while I am working on your muscles, however, YOUR comfort level is most important. - After your massage, I will leave the room to wash my hands and get you a cup of water. Please take this time to carefully get up, dressed and open the door when you are ready. - There is a chair and a water dispenser in the hall for your comfort and convenience. Please take your time as massage can disorient a person. - Rescheduling and payment is handled in the massage room. I accept cash if it's real, checks if they're good, and cards if they're yours. - While there is a tanning bed in the establishment, you may not tan AFTER a massage. The increased circulation and oils I use can cause rapid burning and skin damage when coupled with a tanning bed. If you feel the need to tan, please make time to do so BEFORE the scheduled massage appointment. - Drink water as if it is your job AND you LIKE it! Drinking water is a crucial part of self-care and massage. If you don't drink enough water, you may wake up the next morning feeling "hung over," you will tell everyone I suck, and we can't have that! When I'm not massaging, I'm spending time with my son, planning a trip to visit my daughter and figuring out when I can ride my motorcycle next!
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
