I have always been interested in the human body and have had a passion for health and wellness since I was a kid. My dad taught me how to lift weights when I was about 12 years old and it's something I've always loved to do. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2002 and received my first massage around that time. I was so intrigued by massage that I decided to go to massage school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. By combining my careers I have the advantage of not only helping my clients through massage therapy, but to also teach them how they can be proactive in their health by recommending certain exercises and stretches that will help improve their quality of life. I am a wife and mother and want to set a good example for my family to live a healthy lifestyle by being active, eating a (mostly) healthy diet, and of course getting regular massages which all help me to be a better and happier person.
