Over 10 years ago I discovered the healing art of Reiki and it changed my life. Growing with the knowledge that the body is designed to heal itself encouraged me to add to my healing skills. With the training and addition of Reflexology and Massage practices I'm entering into the time to give back. All of my bodywork is direct with trained techniques and driven by intuition. It is always an honor to work with someone looking to heal and relax their body.
