Tracy is one of the most advance in her industry. She is a former massage therapist for NC State Athletics Football Team. Tracy has also work with UNC athletes as well as other spas in the Triangle. Tracy is train in multiple modalities. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Himalayan Stones, Sports and Injury massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Release, TMJ, Geriatric, Scar Decompression (cupping), Oncology. Tracy also has an advantage to understanding your problems because of her own injuries from an accident in 2006. This is why Tracy went in this field to help others conquer their pain and stress. When Tracy not massaging she at her home at Lake Royale and spending time with her 2 sons and her grandkids.
