I have been in the health care field for over two decades. I worked in hospital administration as a Health Advocate and as a Substance Abuse Counselor and while this was satisfying, it wasn't enough. I felt led to become a Reiki Master in 2016 and through this work I became a Certified Reflexologist in 2018. I begin every Reflexology session by checking your chakras and doing a brief Reiki treatment . I find this aids in relaxing and opening the body up to be able to better receive Reflexology.
