I have been working as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician since 2008. I attended Wake Technical Community College for my massage training, and have been working in the Kernersville area ever since. I work with my clients regularly to manage pain and tension. I help educate my clients about why they have these chronic tension areas and give them tips and tools they can do at home, between their massage sessions. I incorporate all the modalities I have learned into my sessions, depending on the needs of the client, including neuromuscular, myofascial and trigger point release techniques, hot stones, cupping, reflexology and aromatherapy. I believe regular massage and self care at home are the most effective ways to keep your muscles relaxed and your pain and tension to a minimum.  I received my skincare training at Central Carolina Community College and am certified in Microdermabrasion and Advanced Exfoliation Techniques. My philosophy on skin health is what you put in your body matters a lot more that what you put on your skin, and skin care should be as natural as possible. I love sharing how herbs and essential oils can support your skins health.  When am not working I enjoy yoga, hiking, music, and making homemade natural body products and herbal medicine.
