Travis has been in the health care industry for 24 years.  He graduated for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1990 with a B.S. Degree in Cytotechnology.  Travis works in the area of Pathology and cancer prevention.  In 2003 he decided to go back to school and get licensed in Massage Therapy.   Travis Reed went to Medical Art Massage School in Raleigh, NC for his formal training. He obtained his license in September of 2005 and started his own practice in Greenville.  Travis specializes in Therapeutic massage such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger point release, and Lymphatic Facilitation.  He became a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner through the LMT Success Group in 2006.  Travis has worked with athletes of all levels as well as individuals recovering from injuries or chronic pain.  In July 2010, Travis became an instructor for Miller-Motte Technical College in their Massage program.  He has been teaching Swedish massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Spa Treatments.  Travis is excited to bring his experience and expertise to Body Balance Therapies.
