*CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*   Lindsay is a dedicated massage therapist who has been practicing massage therapy since 2011. Lindsay moves to Goldsboro in 2016 with her husband who is active duty military at Seymour Johnson AFB. Lindsay is originally from Tallahassee, FL where she attended The Core Institute of Massage Therapy & Structural Bodywork in 2010. From 2011-2015 Lindsay worked with the Florida State University football team as well as owning a private practice massage therapy practice in Tallahassee. Lindsay has also worked extensively with physical therapy/chiropractic patients, triathletes, Iron Man competitors, local athletes and the cast of Dralion for Cirque du Soleil. Lindsay specializes in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, and medical and myofascial therapies. She holds Master Practitioner certifications in sports massage, myofascial massage, medical massage, and massage for TMJ dysfunction. Her knowledge of medical massage includes protocols for thoracic, lumbar, and cervical strain/sprain, carpel tunnel syndrome, shoulder strain/sprain and other chronic and acute injuries. Lindsay has a bad knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology as well as a Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition science. Lindsay aims to assist clients in achieving a state of wellness that involves the mind and the body. She incorporates the element of relaxation into all of her modalities for a peaceful recovering experience.
