Hi!! I am Lauren Alexander and I am 30 years young! I have been in the health and healing industry for six years now! I have a passion for helping others feel their ultimate best through holistic healing and body meditations. I hold many certification under my belt, such as, Poisitonal Release, Treatment of Tennis Elbow, ACE Personal Training, Body Relaxation Massage, Kinsiology taping, stretch therapy and many more! I am located in Suite A inside 24\7 Total Fitness Center INC. I opened Lauren's Athletic Recovery for two reasons. One, being that I have a daughter who is my little Superstar! As a single mother not wanting to miss a thing in her daughter's life, I needed a flexible schedule and a career that I enjoyed! My second reason for opening is my understanding of others aches and pains as I have battled my own through my years. I grew up very active in sports: basketball, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics and dance! I am no rookie when it comes to sports related injuries. Whether it being from sports related aches to just sleeping wrong or getting older, it seems like I have felt them all aches and pains and understand how to take control of them!  My hobbies include but do not limit to: hiking, yoga, stretching, chasing waterfalls, traveling and teaching hip-hop classes to the youth! I am described as bursting with energy, yet gentle enough to put you to sleep before you even know it! I love what I do for my career and I would love to share my passion and help you be the best YOU that you can be!
