Here at Lauren's, I offer more of an individualized personal treatment plan. I provide services that focus on and include mind, body and individual muscle groups. My passion is digging deep into lifestyles and releasing what may link to physical issues and body stress due from day-to-day tasks. I believe we all agree every person's body is different!!
