Sarah O. Harris, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, LMBT# 15744. Sarah is a 2016 graduate of The Medical Arts School where she studied different modalities of massage, the importance of anatomy, client care, and self care. Using a variety of modalities, Sarah individualizes treatment plans for her clients. She also believes it is important to educate her clients, help them understand what may be causing their symptoms, ways to reduce repetitive motions, and improve the client’s body mechanics. At a young age, Sarah became interested in learning about massage, pain reduction, self care, and energy work through books her mother would read.
