I was inspired to study Massage Therapy and Energy Healing Modalities after experiencing positive results while struggling with chronic health and pain issues that developed as a result of exposure to Lyme disease in the 1990's. I graduated from The Body Therapy Institute in Siler City NC, in 2013 and have since studied and eclectic array of healing modalities to include traditional Massage Therapy, Integrative Reflexology, Reiki, while concurrently being influenced by Eastern traditions such as Acupressure and the study of the Meridian System. I offer both traditional Therapeutic Massage Sessions and Holistic Massage Sessions. My Therapeutic sessions include Deep Tissue , Myofacial Release, Trigger Point, Muscle Release, Swedish, Meridian Massage , Acupressure, Integrative Reflexology and am currently studying Craniosacral and Lymphatic Massage. I have a signature Foot, Leg and Hip session which is great for runners and those with Plantar Fasciitis and can be topped off with a foot scrub and some Reflexology.
