My career in massage started before I reached double digits. I explored touch through hugs and shoulder rubs and adjusted my approach around the person's response. This talent became a part of me when I heard my friends calling 'dibs' and coming over after school for a massage. When it came time for furthering my education and picking a college, I accepted a scholarship at Oregon State University and studied Exercise and Sports Science with an option in Pre-Physical Therapy (that way I could still give massage!). Loved my education and realized my full potential would be realized by applying that education to a massage therapy career. After college, I moved to the great state of Montana where I attended the Massage Training Institute Montana. After licensure and certification in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), I started my very own private practice in Missoula. Here is where I practice my specialties of deep tissue massage (with firm pressure!) and NMT to alleviate pain and facilitate muscular recovery from highly active lifestyles. These specialties are my passion, but I love to provide the right massage for every client that comes through my door.
