Knowledge. Experience. Intuition. Empathy. Understanding. Heart. Hands. These are just a few things that drive the kind of work that I love to do. I sensed very early on the need to help others feel more comfortable in their own skin. It really is an honor to assist in something so important as the way we experience ourselves.  With more than 25 years of experience as a full time bodyworker, this work continues to renew and rejuvenate not just my clients but myself included. Always a student, I continue to advance my training regularly to expand upon my skill set and further assist others.  Why do I do what I do? Because I know first hand what it is like to feel physically, mentally and emotionally in pain. And I know what it's like to want someone to help unlock the layers of tension, so I can show up better in my own world. It is very important to me that my clients feel heard and met where they are, and to assist them in their desire to feel more free.
