Working in the customer service industry from a young age I knew I wanted to find a way to work with people and be able to help them on a deeper level. Helping people work through pain and stress, whether physical or mental, is where I've found my passion .  I know first hand the benefits of massage therapy and want to share that. I graduated from the Massage Training Institute in May of 2020. I offer a variety of services personalized to meet each individuals needs. From relaxation and spa to therapeutic and deep tissue massage. I am currently certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Cupping and look forward to learning many more modalities in the future.  I am a native Montanan. Born and raised in Helena and have been here in the valley since 2004. I love spending time with my family and taking full advantage of this beautiful place we call home. When we are not working you'll find us enjoying the great outdoors. I like to travel and explore new places.
