I fell in love with rehabilitation massage while attending school at the Academy of Massage Essentials in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Nearly a decade later, I have specialized in neuromuscular therapy but provide a plethora of other modalities as well. I also enjoy prenatal massage, myofascial release, hot stones, cryotherapy, craniosacral massage and tend to lean into ayurvedic medicine to find relief for clients who have chronic pain.  In my time outside of work I enjoy camping, hiking with my family and photography.
