since 2012 I have grown and gained a lot of knowledge as a LMT not just about bodywork and massage. but about myself in knowing what type of therapist i want to be. I am proficient in most general modalities but specialize in Swedish, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue with a emphasis on stretching.  I offer both in-studio and out-call Massages 60 to 120 minutes available   I pride myself on properly educating each client individually after their session on what their body was telling me along with how to help them relax and/or alleviate the pain they feel in the muscles. so they have a better knowledge and understanding about their body. Massage to me is much more than just touching a client. Its to relax & re-energize, its about breaking down not just muscles physically. but relaxing the mind, body and spirit. to be more in balance and centered. I do also have other therapist available on-call (male & female) I help other licensed therapist who may not have a regular space to work from, with  a space to build their clientele and business, along with helping them network within our massage community for couples massages and private/corp events (baby showers, bachelor and bachlorette,girls nights, corporate events, brunches, birthdays, holiday parties) My goal as a therapist is to Help, Heal, and Educate through the Art of Massage.
