I graduated from Professional Massage Training Center in 2006 and have been practicing massage therapy for 17 years. I am a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I have certifications in several modalities including TMJ dysfunction specific work and Thai massage. I am also a Reiki Master. I have always wanted to help people, and I'm passionate about the healing aspects of compassionate touch for both physical and emotional well-being. I hail from sunny southwest Florida, but I have lived in Springfield for officially over half my life. I love the Ozarks! Floating, paddle-boarding, and hiking are some of my favorite things. In my spare time I spend as much time as possible with my family, doing anything outdoors, reading, listening to podcasts, and kickboxing. I use technical skills, intuition, and empathy to tailor every bodywork session for the client's needs. My goal is to help each client find stillness of and connection between body, mind, and spirit.
