I believe that a lack of movement and repetitive daily postures are among the biggest contributors to pain, tension, and muscular imbalances. As a licensed massage therapist specializing in corrective exercise, my goal is to help clients restore balance, reduce discomfort, and improve their overall well-being. I graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health with an associate’s degree in occupational sciences and completed my massage therapy training in 2017. During my studies, I was fortunate to learn from an inspiring instructor who helped shape my vision for a future in the health and wellness industry. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked alongside chiropractors and personal trainers, continuing my education to provide clients with alternative ways to improve their health through exercise, nutrition, and advanced massage techniques. I have a passion for educating clients on fitness, movement, and massage therapy to help them overcome muscular imbalances, postural issues, and chronic pain. Whether you’re looking for relief from stress, injuries, or everyday tension, my goal is to create a personalized treatment that leaves you feeling restored and revitalized. Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy strength training, outdoor activities, and helping people laugh their faces off. Because let’s be honest—sometimes laughter is just as good for the soul as a great massage.
